The Gratitudes is a power pop/punk rock collective hailing from Oslo, Norway.

They’ve been around since 2022 and have released two singles + the acclaimed “Beans”-EP prior to

the debut full-length “Degenerates Are Back”– released Oct. 4, 2024, on Westergaard Records.

 

The Gratitudes are full-fledged punk rockers to the bone and draw most inspiration from still being alive.

​But they’re equally influenced by anything with great melody and cunning craftmanship.

David Bowie or The Ramones, Cheap Trick or The Clash, Etta James or Elvis Costello,

Rush or Leatherface, Queen or The Undertones, it’s all about the love for great songwriting.

 

New album "Degenerates Are Back" was recorded at Subsonic Society, Oslo, winter 2023,

with the magnificent Anders Møller at the wheel.

It was mastered by Vegard Kleftås Sleipnes at Subsonic Society. All songs written by Atle Egil “Akke” Knoff Glomstad.
